The Chagrin Falls Arts Commission works to coordinate arts organizations in the Village of Chagrin Falls and sponsor public art initiatives. The commission has sponsored numerous art events in the village, including Earth Week floral art installations by Janet Ingold Floral and the Hope Blooms/Hope Soars art installations in concert with Beachwood High School's marketing students. Every year the commission awards a Chagrin Falls High School art student with a cash prize and art exhibition at Village Hall.

Gregg Hill has served as a board member on the Chagrin Falls Arts Commission since 2021.
