So I took a break from algorithmic art....
The rectilinear series was the precursor to the quadrillism series. Here I have taken iconic figures from the artworld and popular culture and presented them as simple, abstractions rendered with rectangular blocks in a whimsical homage to pixel art. An algorithmic background patterns the canvas and bleeds through the image to lend some texture. These digital drawings are available in unlimited editions of archival prints on paper or aluminum.
